Our mission is to provide emerging and growing technology-based companies with the talent that is not available through traditional means (i.e.; employee referral, job boards, newspapers and web site submissions). We provide qualified passive career seekers: people who are content in their current position but would change for a better opportunity. We boast a network of over 10,000 candidates, all of which we routinely follow up with and network through to find the most intelligent match for our clients. GIRARD/RICHARDSON Inc. (GRI) will also actively recruit from competing companies for specific positions. The value that we add is by delivering top notch, qualified people that are not available on the open market. Let's face it, the best people are busy working. They simply don’t have time to look for an opportunity, so we bring the opportunity to them!
